To qualify for FREE SHIPPING in the continental US, all you have to do is make sure your order is $99 or more before tax.

If your order is under $30, shipping will be $5.
If your order is between $30 and $149, shipping will be $10.
We want you to get your Selk'bag as soon as possible so we process and ship orders within same day if an order is placed before 4 PM EST/1 PM (Noon) PT.
Once shipped, you will be emailed tracking information.
We ship through different carriers (USPS, FedEx or UPS), depending on the location you are in, so
drop us a line in case you have problems with a specific carrier.
US SHIPPING

All orders over $99 are free!
Standard shipping takes 1-5 business days for your order to arrive.
We ship from our warehouse in Southern California, so orders shipping to the West Coast will roughly take 1-3 days to arrive and the Midwest/East Coast 4-5 business days.
Orders received before 4 PM EST/1 PM (Noon) PT will be shipped same day! SoCal orders usually arrive in 1 day!
Please note:
Orders placed Fridays after 3 PM EST / 12 PM PST will ship the following Monday. Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available. Tracking information will be emailed to the email address on file at the time the order is processed. Please check all spam mail folders as this email is sometimes filtered. If you do not receive this information within 24hrs, please contact us.
Expedited shipping is estimated to take 1-2 business days depending on where you are located. Order must be placed before 3 PM EST/12 PM PT (Noon) to ensure Expedite delivery. Only available to lower 48 states

Unfortunately we do NOT offer free return or exchange shipping on Canada orders. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt if the customer pays for return/exchange shipping. Shipments to any country in the world are being shipped with USPS priority service, which can take up to 20 business days, depending on your location.
We estimate shipping time to Europe to be 10-12 days, Asia 15-17 days and South America 15-20 days.
If you would like to receive your Selk'bag faster, we offer a DHL express service option, which usually takes between 3-6 days to arrive.

If the buyer voluntarily refuses to accept the shipment due to the cost of import, specifically duties and/or taxes, Selk'bag shall be allowed to withhold the shipping and fulfillment cost incurred, from the Buyer's refund. The refund will be processed when the return shipment has been received and is in good condition. If the return shipment on a voluntarily rejected order is not received, no refund is due to the Buyer.
Unfortunately we do not offer free return or exchange shipping on International orders.
