Exchanges
- We offer free exchanges for U.S. orders within 30 days of delivery.

- Once approved, we’ll provide a free return shipping label and process the exchange after receiving your Selk’bag.
Returns
- Returns for U.S. orders include a $12.95 shipping/restocking fee, deducted from your refund.

- You’ll receive return instructions and a prepaid label for your convenience.
Please allow 5-10 days for processing once your return is received. We’ll notify you when your refund or store credit has been issued.

Refunds
- Once processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your choice.
- Please allow up to 3-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Selk’bag is more than a sleeping bag—it’s a hybrid product designed for both cozy lounging and active use. To ensure you get the most out of your Selk’bag, here are some tips:

When in doubt, size up. If you’re unsure or fall between sizes, we recommend going for the larger size.
- Sizing up provides extra room for sleeping and relaxing, making it more comfortable when curling up or bending. For active use, simply roll up the sleeves and legs and remove the booties to adjust the fit.

Prefer a snugger fit? Opt for the smaller size or stay at your size. This can feel less baggy and better suited for active movement. However, it may feel tighter in areas like the neck, feet, and crotch, especially when sitting or using it as a sleeping bag with the booties on.
