Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select the Express or Overnight Service. Please allow 1-2 business day for processing. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 2-7 business days for Standard Service on lower 48 US*. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

We ship to almost everywhere in the world! Please mind that duties and taxes are the responsibilities of the recipient, these fees will be due at time of delivery. Selk'bag is not responsible for custom and duties. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. For more duties and tax information, please contact your local customs office. All international shipments will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail International Service.

No, once an order has been placed we are unable to alter or cancel the order. We process and ship orders quickly, so pleasecontact usas soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to assist you.

At this time we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

We require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $250.00. Orders that do not require a signature may be left at your shipping address if you are not home. We suggest that if you will not be home and are concerned about your order’s delivery, to use your work address as the shipping address to ensure you receive your package.

It is our company policy that the customer must pay for all shipping expenses on the return/exchange. Exceptions may be made if the reason for the return is a mistake on our behalf.
