A few of your friends from college let you know that they will be in your town for the weekend. You are tempted to suggest the cheapest hotel around but one of your friends has already invited the whole gang over to your place. You live in a one-bedroom apartment you say?! Well, that doesn’t matter, because this weekend is about to get a lot cozier.
Floor Space is the Best Space
No one really volunteers to sleep on the floor if they can help it. If you’ve been sleeping on plush and premium mattresses, then sleeping on the floor might feel like culture shock for your back. But let’s face it, someone has to do it. Or in this case, a few people will have to do it. Since you’ve stocked up on a few Selk’bags, then the floor is prime real estate. Remember that ultra-lite piece you picked up over Christmas? It creates a comfy and insulated sleeping space. Or how about the original Selk’bag? Even better!
Couch
You’re probably kicking yourself right now if you don’t have a pull-out couch. You wanted to get it but the price tag completely turned you off. No worries, you don’t really need a pull-out couch when you have a few Selk’bags. Line a sofa mattress against your couch and add a few Selk’bags, pillows, and blankets on top for added comfort.
Your Bed
If you are really short on space, then you may really have to share part of your bed. This is the last resort since you graduated first grade over twenty years ago! But you remember the time that one of your friends gave you a ride to the hospital when you were sick or even helped you with groceries when you were in a tight spot. If you are still holding onto the twin bed from college, then there really isn’t much you can do!
